Model: DOOM
Time taken: About two months, working on it on and off between Painkeep Arena stuff.
How to Use: Drop the .pk3 into /baseq3 and fire up the game. Select it in the menu.
Tools: Photoshop 6, Q3ASE and BotStudio.
Addition Credits: id Software and the folks at Quake3World Bot, Model and Skinning forum for the input and the willingness to go through the 70 post thread there. :D

Legal Bits: This skin cannot be distributed by any other means than electronic,
without my express written permission and WITH THS README INCLUDED. Furthermore, this skin was painted from the wiremeshes, so it's 100% my work. That means don't steal it and do not paint over it for any purpose whatsoever (including clan skins). Quake III: Arena, and Quake III: Team Arena are of id software, Inc.

ADDENDUM 4:02 AM 9/26/2001
Doom Knights are now 1.29h compliant, which means that the team skins will not overwrite the default ones. The way I had to do it to keep the filesize down, was to make every doomknight skin reference the team skins through a tricky use of .skin files.

Other Changes:
Changed Bloodknight's visor shader to something that didn't annoy me.
Cleaned up Bloodknight, Team Red skin, Team Blue skin and Spectralknight a bit. Made a new icon for Bloodknight and made all the new team icons. At some point, I may go back and re-skin the lot of them when time allows.

NOTES:

This pack is basically my DOOM Tribute Pack II. DOOM Tribute Pack I was my first skinpack and somewhat embarassing in the quality of it. It's been one of my long-standing goals to replace that pack with something better since I started skinning back in Feburary of last year for Q3. This is that pack.

Like with the other stuff I do, I will probably give a short story behind it, but with all the work on PKA I've been doing, other projects and the like, I simply haven't had the time to do it. Anyway, enjoy and if you have any critiques or questions, email me at chemicalburn@planetquake.com.
